The emotions grow and begin obscuring experience. The red ear highlights how overwhelming the pressure has become with with the blue leg demarcating the sadness and depressiveness that is not easy to conquer. The figures are infected by the emotions that grow in their minds, and these very same emotions now shape their external reality.
